Last year, I ran.

In November 2024, I ran to film my journey.
​It's one that reflects the struggles and strengths of so many facing invisible battles.

This year, I'll run again.

In November 2025, I will run to share my journey.
I'm running to raise the funds to finish what we started and bring our shared stories of strength to life.

Proceeds will support the production of our documentary, Because I Can, and a national screening series with the National MS Society that will bring the film to major cities across the country, along with programming to engage, educate and empower.​

​Here's how it works...

Step 1: Sign Up

Sign up online for and you'll receive an OFFICIAL MEDAL and YOUR NAME IN THE CREDITS of the film. 

Step 2: Run

Run, walk, roll, bike, swim... However you move, do a 5K (3.1 miles). Do it anywhere and anytime before November 22, 2025. (This is when I'll be running the 8K in Philadelphia.)

Step 3: Share

Upload your photos and videos of your 5K here!
​Share them with us so that we can share them with the world and potentially in the film.
On social media, share your 5K photos, videos and stories with #RunWithAllie and #BecauseICan.
