AwareNow Media Consent Agreement

I, hereby consent to participate in content produced by Awarenow Media, to be used in print, digital, podcast, and video formats. I understand that the content may include but is not limited to interviews, articles, podcasts, videos, and columns. I understand and agree that I will not receive any compensation, monetary or otherwise, for my participation in the content.I grant Awarenow Media the unrestricted right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the content in whole or in part, without limitation, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional, educational, and informational purposes. I understand that my name, likeness, voice, and biographical information may be used in connection with the content, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use. I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to provide this consent. If I am under the age of 18, I confirm that my parent or legal guardian has provided their consent on my behalf. I release Awarenow Media, its representatives, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the production, use, or distribution of the content. This consent form shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
